Private Caregiver for Senior no companies

I am looking for a qualified candidate to HELP look after my father. We currently have 2 excellent support staff working for us privately, but 1 is leaving soon due for mat leave. I am looking for someone who is experienced, can be tough, lives in west Toronto and is adaptable. I would rather pay someone directly and build a relationship privately than have an agency.
