Looking for a seasoned handyman/contractor in the Soo

Looking to have some work done in one of my rentals. I need about 450 sf of flooring to be sanded and refinished or LVT laid on top. I also need a butcher block counter cut and installed. Possibility of more work at another property (need the second floor, exterior balcony frame painted for example). Must be insured.
