Part-Time Maintenance Worker Needed!

Looking for a part-time handy man to join the maintenance team that manages 100 units which consists of apartments, townhouses and single family homes. Duties include and not limited to;
– Painting
– Drywall repairing/patching
– Flooring
– General plumbing work (troubleshooting)
– Cleaning of vacant units
– Cutting grass/landscaping
– Cleaning garbage bin areas
– Assisting with dump runs

Valid driver’s license and vehicle required
