POSITION: Warehouse / Yard Associate

About the Position:
• Accepting, incoming stock and materials (Unload->Inspect->Receive).
• Organize/rearrange materials & products in warehouse and yard as needed.
• Confirm inventory codes & check labelled on items.
• Picking, and filling orders from stock, as well as for internal service work orders.
• Work with couriers UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator etc. and LTL shipments.
• Maintain warehouse / yard (sweep, get rid of scrap/garbage, etc.)
• Assist shop with rental equipment returns.
• Ensure all pathways (inside/outside) are kept clear.
• Forklift operation / small equipment (i.e. pallet jack)
• Must be competent with computers and basic Microsoft Office
• Perform physical tasks, such as lifting or carrying moderately (20-50) pound objects.

About You:
A successful candidate, positive attitude, open minded, willing to learn.
• Minimum High School Diploma or Certificate of Completion
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others both verbally and written.
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Must have a Valid Driver’s license; (driving abstract required)
• Shipping experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.

We offer Competitive wages and Benefits:
Hourly Wages from $ 18.50 – $ 21.00hr, pending experience.
