General Maintenance Manager Fort McMurray

We are looking for a General Maintenance Manager to oversee several properties in Fort McMurray. The successful candidate will be responsible for the general upkeep of these buildings and will maintain mechanical and electrical systems and perform other general maintenance tasks. The successful candidate will be self motivated and able to work a fast paced environment. Skills and jobs required by this candidate include but are not limited too:
– ability to perform general carpentry tasks
– plumbing knowledge and the ability to fix small plumbing jobs
– heating knowledge and the ability to fix heating issues
– electrical knowledge and ability to do general electrical jobs
– Ability to do some painting if needed
