Process Server Positions in the Hamilton, ON area!!

We are a Court Services firm looking to hire Independent Contractors Process Servers to assist in the delivery of court documents to litigants across the Province of Ontario. We are currently seeking Process Servers in the Hamilton, ON area to support our growing needs.

Full training is offered. Successful candidates MUST have knowledge and use of
– GPS Mapping Systems
– Office Skills (Printing, email, digital e-signing software etc.)
– Zoom meetings
– Smart Phone

Other Requirements
– Valid Driver’s Licence (Must be 18 years of age)
– Liability/Auto Insurance
– Reliable Transportation
– Printer/Scanner
– Critical Thinking
– Attention to Detail

We typically assign deliveries within a maximum of a 20-25 minute radius from our Process Servers’ primary address. This allows our drivers to earn a significant ROI for the time spent delivering documents.
