Key Responsibilities:
Recipe Development:
Create and refine recipes for a range of keto snacks and desserts, ensuring they align with nutritional guidelines and taste expectations.

Quality Assurance:
Maintain strict standards of quality and consistency in all products, conducting regular taste tests and evaluations.

Ingredient Sourcing:
Research and select high-quality ingredients that meet our keto standards, ensuring authenticity and sustainability at lowest prices.

Menu Planning:
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special offerings, integrating new keto items seamlessly.

Production Management:
Oversee the production process from recipe scaling to final presentation, ensuring efficiency and adherence to deadlines.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Uphold strict health and safety standards in the kitchen, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:
Culinary Expertise:
Certified pastry chef or equivalent with extensive experience in developing and producing keto-friendly snacks and desserts.

Nutritional Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of ketogenic principles and nutrition, with the ability to balance taste and dietary requirements.

Creativity and Innovation:
Proven track record in creating innovative recipes and adapting traditional desserts to keto-friendly alternatives.

Attention to Detail:
Strong focus on precision and consistency in recipe formulation and production.

Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, contributing to a positive and creative culinary culture.

Adaptability:
Comfortable working in a new environment and willing to adapt to changing trends and customer preferences.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
Certified in ketogenic nutrition or related discipline is a plus.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a focus on keto or low-carb cuisine would be a plus.
