DZ Roll off truck driver

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated DZ Driver to join their team. In this role, you will be a key part of waste management operations, driving either a Rear-Pack Garbage Truck or a Side Loader Recycle Truck. Your responsibilities will include collecting various types of residential curbside waste and providing exceptional customer service.

Shift Details:

– Monday to Saturday

– Start time: 5:30 AM

– 1012-hour shifts

Pay Rate:

– $25.86 per hour

Requirements:

– Valid DZ license

– Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract

– 2 years of experience driving automatic trucks

Responsibilities:

– Operate a Rear-Pack Garbage Truck or Side Loader Recycle Truck

– Collect and transport residential curbside waste including garbage, yard waste, organics, and recycling

– Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections

– Deliver excellent customer service while efficiently completing assigned routes

– Repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs from the ground into the hopper

– Dispose of collected waste at local transfer stations and landfills

Requirements:

– Valid DZ license

– Clean CVOR and Drivers Abstract

– Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs

– Skilled in driving and loading trucks

– Willingness to work in various weather conditions

– Steel-toed work boots that extend above the ankle
