PSW/DSW Developmental Disability Support Worker

Seeking LONG TERM PART TIME care
Young Adult Male Non Verbal with Autism / OCD

Job Type: Part-time – Weekdays P/T some evenings 9-11pm
Pay: $50/day CASH – up to 10 days per month
Location: Downtown Toronto

Responsibilities
Providing support by assisting with personal care (i.e. hygiene, bathing, dressing, and toileting) and light housekeeping.

Assist client to prepare for bed in the evenings
Toileting, brush teeth and wash face, bath, dressing
Light Housekeeping
Cleaning client’s washroom
Kitchen cleanup , Clear dishes, Sweeping floors

Qualifications
Must be dependable and patient
Previous experience with Autism, developmental disability and challenging behaviours
Calming personality; not overly-reactive in stressful situations

Nice to have
English and Tagalog
