Renovation Site Supervisor

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to join our team. The process includes acquiring resources and coordinating effort between team members and third parties so that projects can be delivered in accordance with the plan. In this position, you will oversee apartment suite turnovers and repair work in a portfolio of properties across Toronto.

Responsibilities

· Oversee and direct restoration projects from conception to completion

· Scope out new work and provide quotes to clients

· Coordinate and schedule appointments at job sites for subcontractors

· Assist with trade recruitment

· Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory

· Review the work progress on daily basis with owner

Requirements

· Proven working experience in apartment renovation projects

· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods · Expert knowledge of building products, supplies, and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

· Excellent time and project management skills · Must have good communication and customer service skills
