Bartenders/Server

We are seeking experienced Bartenders/Servers to join our team. You will be someone that has been settled in thier previous places of employment for at least 3-4 years, this is a must.

Duties
– Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
– Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
– Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all food safety regulations
– Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
– Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Experience
We are a well established local pub in a sea of fine dining or to cool for school type places. We offer the neighbourhood a relaxing alternative with elevated comfort food. Our goal is to maintain a balanced schedule with a plan to open 5 days a week for lunch, dinner and social. Our planned hours will be 11 am -11pm and later if there is a special event or the Leaf’s ever have some excitement!

In an econmic environment that is looking like it will be a bit turbulent over the next while we will be that safe haven. Not only for guests but for our team of seasoned pros. We will offer exactly what you would expect from a pub but with a twist and a few Gastro Pub twists. you will be proud to give guests a memorable friendly experience that will develop a regular clietelle and friendships. Please do not replay if you have a track record of only staying a year or two. Our team members are all longer term folks and sharing that creedo makes the magic happen!
