Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Snow Removal Laborers to join our team for the upcoming winter season. As a Snow Removal Laborer, you will be responsible for clearing snow and ice from driveways, walkways, and parking lots to ensure safe and accessible conditions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
– Operate snow removal equipment including snow blowers and backpack blowers.
– Manually shovel snow and spread salt or sand as needed.
– Ensure all areas are cleared efficiently and safely.
– Respond promptly to snow removal requests and weather conditions. (Text night before)
– Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in snow removal or similar labor work is preferred.
– Ability to work in harsh winter conditions and lift heavy loads.
– Reliable transportation and availability for early morning shifts.
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Compensation:
– Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
