This residence, renowned for its architectural significance and rich history, requires meticulous attention to detail to maintain its first-class standards. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Duty Cleaner who can uphold the high standards of cleanliness and care that our residents expect.

Responsibilities:
Perform thorough and detailed cleaning in all common areas, lobbies, corridors, electrical closets, storage and other shared spaces
Ensure all surfaces, including floors, walls, windows, and fixtures, are cleaned to a high standard
Manage waste collection and disposal, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in all areas
Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners, and pressure washers, with precision
Respond promptly to resident requests and address any cleaning concerns or issues with professionalism
Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies, restocking as necessary and reporting shortages to management
Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure that cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met
Report any maintenance needs or damages to building management immediately
Work with minimal supervision while ensuring all tasks are completed to the satisfaction of the residents and management
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar cleaning role, preferably in luxury residential or historic properties
Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for maintaining high standards in a prestigious environment
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and equipment handling
Excellent communication skills and a respectful, professional demeanor
Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous cleaning tasks
