Looking for cabinet installer and finishing carpenter

I need a carpenter to help me with cabinetry install and/or finishing carpentry.
Cabinetry installation needs a carpenter with a eye for details, you must know how to read a plan and you should own the tools you need to make the cuts (track saw, 12 inch sliding miter saw, table saw, 23 gage pin nailer and all the usual hand tools and jigs needed). This is not for a new guy to experience carpentry on.
Finishing carpenter will be installing interior doors( pre hung or hang yourself), casings on windows and doors, baseboards, crown moldings, closets. Accent walls. You need the tools and problem solving attitude.
Please contact me of you think this is a good fit for you. I need guys on the payroll or subs, fix price contracts on by the hour. Preferably experienced carpenters, i will help with the projects but i will not train a new carpenter.
