HIRING – Snow Removal and Lawn Care Technician

Looking for experienced lawn care and snow removal people who have done at least one winter in Alberta or Saskatchewan.
Candidate must be located in or near Lacombe, Blackfalds, or Red Deer (Innisfail, Ponoka, or Sylvan Lake are typically too far away, especially in Winter).
Must be able to start as early as 4am in the winter months.$19.50 – $29 an hour.

REQUIRED Professional Experience:
Experience with property clean ups (power rake, aeration, leaf collection), mowing, weed whipping, and snow removal.
Ability to stay on task while alone or with other people without a manager present.
OPTIONAL Professional Experience:
Experience with Hedge trimming and basic landscaping (tree and flower planting, mulch and rock installation, garden bed maintenance, overgrown property clean up)

Candidates with management experience or the willingness to be promoted to a manager are preferred. But experienced individuals without management aspirations are still welcome to apply. There is plenty of opportunity to make good money with our performance-based bonuses.

BONUSES

Guaranteed wage in the winter based off 34 hours per week.
