Graphic designer/ Administrator

We are a small community printing company located at Queen Street West and Lansdowne Avenue in Toronto. We are GROWING and are looking to hire a GRAPHIC DESIGNER – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR. Work is PART-TIME for an initial period. Goal is for FULL-TIME depending on growth.

One job, many tasks. Design print layouts: business cards, flyers, brochures, letters, labels, posters, menus, signs etc. Consult/advise customers. Maintain records, documents, files. Prepare quotes, work with suppliers. Answer phone. Write/send/receive emails. Be creative. Work independently. Pleasant, sociable, personality expected. Excellent communication skills. Detail oriented and committed to absolute accuracy and uncompromising quality. Continuous follow-up.

Other helpful qualifications: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Al, PSD, ID), Photoshop, print production. Own a personal laptop, Mac or PC.
