Dispatch/dispatcher

We are looking for a dispatcher – full time , responsible for communicating with customers, drivers & border officials.
Responsibilities:
– Candidate should be able to handle dispatch calls, customs clearance and ensure smooth pickup and delivery by coordinating with other team members
-Coordinate and Monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
-Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
-Solve problems for drivers and customers, update each party as required
-Ensuring accuracy of forms and documentation
-data entry
