Job Summary:

Demonstrate and sell tire equipment to customers, understanding their needs and providing expert recommendations. Maintain product knowledge, participate in trade shows, and achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships. Travel required (80%).

Requirements:

– 3 years as a wheel alignment technician

– 3 years exp automotive sales experience

– Strong technical background in automotive maintenance and repairs

– Excellent communication and customer service skills

– Familiarity with programming and troubleshooting (asset)

– Previous mechanic experience (asset)

– Proficient in computer and software applications

– Ability to lead training activities

– Valid driver’s license

– French language skills (asset)

Job Type:

Temporary contract (one year subject to renew based on performance), Probation review (3-6 months from start date), Performance review/KPI (6-9 months following probation review)

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 CAD Annually Sales Incentive program (Individual sales leads. Incentive between (5-15% of gross sales). (Yearly earning potential of $70,000-$110,000)

Schedule:

Shift: 9:00 am- 17:00 am (M-F)- 30 minutes lunch break. Weekly 37.5 hours
