Job Description:
FOREMEN, LEAD HANDS AND AERIAL TECHNICIANS (TOWER RIGGERS) – PERMANENT/FULL-TIME
Location: Regina, SK
Number of Positions: Multiple
We are currently seeking punctual and hard-working individuals to take on the above roles. In these roles, you will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of communication towers.

Job Description:
– Installation and routine maintenance of communication towers.
– Rigging of cranes, gin poles, ropes and winches.
– Adding and modifying antenna equipment.
– Repairing and/or replacing any defective equipment that is on the tower.
– Performing tests on tower equipment to locate potential or existing faults.
– Traveling within western Canada to complete contracted work on sites.
Working Conditions:
– Highlight is based out of Regina but works on sites across western Canada most of the time. Therefore, as an Aerial Technician, you will need to be available and have the capabilities to travel.
– We work on a flexible schedule.
– This position is physically demanding.
– We often have the opportunity to work overtime.
Qualifications:
– Comfortable climbing and working at heights up to 500 feet.
– Valid Canadian Class 5 Driver’s License (1A Driver’s License would be beneficial, but is not necessary).
– Previously obtained background knowledge of basic construction and tool manipulation.
– Adherence to onsite safety procedures.
– Ability to work outdoors and be exposed to varying degrees of weather.
– Must be authorized to work in Canada.
