G Class Delivery Driver

Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed G Class Delivery Driver to drive a box truck and deliver a variety of office, restaurant, and cleaning supplies across the GTA. This is a physically demanding role that involves lifting and moving heavy items, with a strong focus on safety and punctuality. The position offers morning shifts and pays $19 per hour.

Responsibilities:
– Safely operate a box truck to deliver supplies to various locations across the GTA.
– Load and unload supplies, including items weighing between 60-75 lbs, using proper lifting techniques.
– Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
– Verify delivery orders and maintain accurate delivery logs.
– Communicate effectively with customers and office staff regarding deliveries and any potential issues.
– Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, maintaining a clean driving record.
– Perform routine inspections of the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
– Follow company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:
– Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record.
– Minimum of 3 years of commercial delivery driving experience.
– Experience driving a box truck is required.
– Ability to lift and handle heavy items, with weights ranging from 60-75 lbs.
– Must be at least 21 years of age.
– Strong knowledge of the GTA and ability to navigate efficiently.
– Excellent time management and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor.
– Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Please note: This is not a cash position. Payment will be made through regular payroll with all applicable deductions.
