Roughin Toilet flange and actually toilet
Vanity installation with some roughing will be needed
Caulking around Vanity and shower area.
Door handles installation (six total and some of them needs door handle/hinges to be open )
Transition peaces between two floors( two of them)
Must have your own transportation and tools

Might lead to future work if everything go smooth
