The YMCA Employment Centre is hosting Y Drive for an in-office Hiring Event on Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Pass a background check including vulnerable persons
· Relatively good abstract (no major infractions like 40km/h over, reckless, careless)
· Qualify for commercial insurance for a company
· 2013 or newer vehicle with 4 doors and no physical damage (2014 is best as 2013 will expire at years end)
· Smart phone with data
· Class 4 Driver’s Licence (Cost: $17 $100 avg for a medical)
· TNC/Taxi plate (Cost: $90)

If you meet all these requirements there is the potential to be on the road and earning money within 1-2 business days.

The YMCA Employment Centre may have programs available to assist in covering some out of pocket costs for unemployed and underemployed (working less than 20 hours a week) Albertans. If interested please call and book an appointment before the date of the event to be assessed for eligibility or speak to the Front Desk when you arrive.
