Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwork/Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet installation, an eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Millwork/Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinetry and millwork in various settings, ensuring that each project meets our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinetry, millwork, and related components according to project specifications and plans.
• Measure, cut, and assemble cabinetry with precision, ensuring a perfect fit.
• Collaborate with the design team, project managers, and other trades to ensure seamless installation and project completion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any installation issues that arise on-site.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients during the installation process.
• Operate and maintain installation tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Millwork/Cabinet Installer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cabinetry installation techniques and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other woodworking equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work in various environments.
