Need help to set up fb business page for small real estate site

Hi, I am trying to help a friend set up a fb page for a very small real estate service. Nothing fancy, please just need some help to set up the BUSINESS fb page so that we can have ownership of it to make changes etc. Getting the basics set up for us and also linking to the whatsapp and landline number. NO monthly maintenance needed so please don’t push that. Just a basic business fb site
