Position Title: SAP HANA Development Lead
Job Type: Contract
Duration: 05 – 06 Months initially (with possibilities of extension)

Location: This role is based in Calgary, AB (Fully 5 days / week Onsite role, also open to other Provinces as well e.g. Toronto / Anywhere within Canada, who are willing to travel few days in a month to Calgary, AB Client office location, Client will provide travel cost for the candidates who are outside of Calgary, AB)

Start Date: Middle / End of September 2024 

Pay Rate: 90 – 115$ Hourly Incorporated HST

OR

60 – 70$ Hourly on T4

(Depending on years’ of experience and skillset)

 
Job Description (Must – have Skills):
 
We are looking for a SAP HANA Development Lead with below skillsets:

Skill: SAP HANA Development
 

  • ABAP / HANA Developer with experience with reporting, OOP, ODATA, classic ABAP or in Web UI/Fiori with minimum 9 – 10 years of experience.
  • Must have 7 – 8 years of experience in designing and development skill in any of Flexible workflow, FIORI, RAP or BOPF, Module pool programming , Smart forms and Adobe forms ,Improvements (User exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, BTE, Substitution and validations) , Workflows.
  • Create/Modify tables, Reports, Function Module(s), transaction code(s), update table entries, program variants, SAP batch jobs, package setup, IDOC configuration. Create/Modify user exits (Exit, BADI, implicit enhancement, BTE), BAPI, interfaces (data transfer between systems), web-Dynpro objects for portal application(webform).
  • Analyzing and mapping clients’ business requirements, processes, objectives and development or maintenance of SAP enhancements. Challenge and explore design and delivery plans and apply different approaches.
  • Experience within at least 3 – 4 SAP Modules (SCM, PM, IM, MM, FI, PLM).
  • Its critical have Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
  • Excellent communicator and ability to lead and guide the team and mentor junior team members.
  • Ability to work in flexible hours or occasionally extended hours.
  • Work under minimal guidance within tight timelines
  • Experience working with SAP IS-Oil modules and Oil and Gas specific developments will be an added advantage.
