Framing and Finish Carpenter Foreman Needed

Looking for Framing and Finishing Carpenters who take great pride in their work. Within the next few months, the work will be located mainly in the Bracebridge/ Gravenhurst area completing various scopes on some large House Projects or a 2000sf office Addition.
Expectations and Potential Daily tasks:
• Demolition
• Framing
• Siding
• Trim
• Install Windows and Doors
• Tile
• Finishes
• Flooring
• Painting
• Material Handling
• General Installing

Schedule:
• Daily 8am – 5pm (Flexibility)
• Monday to Friday
• We pay weekly on Fridays offset by 1 week

Requirements/ Experience:
– Must put Safety First.
– Be willing to Learn and be able to follow instruction.
– Experience with typical Framing practices
– Experience with interior and or Exterior Finishes
– Need to be comfortable with working on a construction site.
– Must have previous experience with working with power Tools.
– Must be able to lift, push, pull 50lbs and bend and twist with no issue.
– Able to get to project locations by their own means.
– Take pride in work and pay Attention to detail.
– Must have Work Boots, Hard Hat, Work Clothing, safety Glasses and Gloves.

Salary: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour depending on experience
