Worksite: Edmonton, AB – Initial Remote (with eventual on site in Edmonton)

Our client, a global leading IT consulting company, is looking for a SAP Vendor Invoice Management by OpenText (VIM) Consultant.

Responsibilities:
Drive the overall Open Text VIM strategy, design, policies, digitization and optimization of the value stream processes, ensuring that the end-to-end process meets business priorities and achieves its transformation goals. Configure and Manage VIM based on requirements and prepare design/build/testing documentation

Key skills: Vendor Invoice Management, Open Text, SAP Finance Accounts Payable, Integration of VIM with S/4 and other sub-modules

Expert proficiency in SAP Vendor Invoice Management is required.
Expert proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management, Process Design Mapping and Analysis, and Business Process Design, as well as expert proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools, are recommended.
Develop innovative workflows to optimize business processes
Collaborate with business users to define detailed product requirements
Design continuous monitoring and feedback collection mechanisms
Identify and propose solutions to improve process effectiveness
Contribute to key decisions and engage with multiple teams
