Job Summary:
Liberty Residential is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Agent to join our team. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining quality tenants for our residential properties in Toronto. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for marketing available units, conducting property showings, The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate marketing, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing:
• Property Listings: Create and manage online property listings on various platforms, ensuring that each listing is accurate, engaging, and up-to-date.
Property Showings:
• Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule property tours for prospective tenants, ensuring availability and convenient timing for all parties.
• Property Tours: Conduct in-person and virtual tours of available properties, showcasing the features and benefits of each unit and the overall property.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective tenants, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with prospects after showings, providing additional information as needed and encouraging applications.
Assist prospective clients in filling out application and collecting all supporting documents
Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in leasing, real estate marketing, or property management is highly preferred, particularly within the Toronto market.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in marketing, real estate, business, or a related field is an asset.
• Skills: Strong marketing, sales, and negotiation skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technology: Listing property to different rental site.
• Other Requirements: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
