Seeking Experienced Nanny for Special Needs Child in Victoria, B

We are a loving family in Victoria, British Columbia seeking a caring and responsible nanny to simply help out here and there. Our family includes a special needs boy who is very energetic and speech impaired so we require someone with experience in all aspects of child care. I am open to both live-in and live-out arrangements, and part-time availability. The hourly rate is $25.00 and it will usually be minimul hours and rarely overnight.
As a single mother, my top priority is to ensure my child is in a safe and nurturing environment. Its a need for a nanny who can provide the highest level of care and attention to my (not so physically little) four year old. The ideal candidate should have a genuine love for children and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. We value reliability, extreme patience and determination.
