Book Layout Design and Typesetting

I have written a childrens book – approximately 40 pages. It has already been edited for punctuation, paragraph etc.
I have illustrations that I created using Midjourney AI but some will need to be improved for character consistency so skills in Photoshop or Midjourney would be important
Overall, what I need help with is:
1) Book Layout Design and Typesetting
2) Book cover Design
3) Programming & Tech to convert my manuscript into an eBook format (such as ePub, Mobi, or PDF) that can be read on devices like Kindles, tablets, and smartphones.
I might have to hire 3 different services but I need to startwith Book Layout Design and Typesetting.
However, if you are experienced in all 3 areas, it’s even better for me.
