Hiring HVAC Installers (Sub-Contractors)

Casati Heating & Air Conditioning (“the Company”) is hiring experienced and skilled HVAC installers to perform sub-contract work for the Company and its clientele. The ideal candidate(s) have expertise in installing residential HVAC heating and cooling systems (including gas furnaces, central air conditioners, air source/ductless heat pumps, and water heaters).

Responsibilities:

Install HVAC systems as described above.

HVAC Installer has their own work vehicle (unmarked, no logo), required HVAC tools to install and an HVAC Crew/Help(s).

HVAC Installer can troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems and provide effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years HVAC experience fully installing gas furnaces, central air conditioners, air source heat pumps, tankless water heaters – as a lead installer, not a helper.

G2 Gas Fitter Licence is a must.

ODP Card is a must.

Registered with the T.S.S.A.

Up-to-date WSIB Clearance Certificate.

Must have Commercial General Liability Insurance (min. coverage $2 million).

Residential HVAC installation experience.

Valid “G” driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.

Air Conditioning & refrigeration license (preferred).

Ability to work independently.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Job Type: Sub-Contractor position
Compensation: TBD (This position will be compensated on a per work done basis).
