Experienced Framer/construction foreman wanted

Looking for an experienced framer who can take the lead on construction sites during the framing phase. I’m looking for a long term year round commitment. I’d be interested in setting up a profit sharing/production bonus agreement with the right candidate. We build houses, shops and garages. Experience with concrete, framing, metal siding and roofing, gravel base prep, skid steer and mini ex are all valuable assets. Most work is rural southern Alberta. Our shop location is Diamond City. Must have drivers license and transportation to Diamond City. Wages based on experience.
