Seeking long term Foster for our Sweet Cat

We just moved back to the country from overseas and haven’t been able to find a rental that can take our cat. I am looking for a long term foster for her from November 1-June 30, 2025. I am interested in a monthly rate for this. She is a 10 year old peach cat who loves napping and watching the birds and the occasional cuddle. She’s very independent. We would pay a monthly rate plus her food/litter etc costs. Thank you!!
