We’re on the hunt for a UNICORN to help our fast-growing UNICORN multi-brand company/marketing agency stay on top of things.

The Problem AND Opportunity:

We’re ready to launch our brand into the stratosphere, but we’re swamped with the sheer amount of work it takes. We’ve got client projects piling up and need someone amazing to help us manage everything.

Duties:

General office management and supporting the owners.
Helping with running campaigns.
Assisting with a variety of tasks that pop up.
Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
Managing email correspondence and handling phone calls.
Maintaining and organizing files and documents.
Assisting with client communication and follow-ups.
Tracking project deadlines and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Helping with social media management and content creation.
Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
Handling basic bookkeeping and expense reporting.

These duties will shift and grow as we go along, grow, and learn more about your skills.

What we need you to be

Must have a reliable vehicle.
On-site in Whitby, Oshawa, and Pickering, Ontario.
Must be okay with light lifting, staying organized, and handling a flexible schedule.
Good with digital tools.
Graphic design and web maintenance skills are a plus.

Compensation is negotiable, we need high quality people and willing to create packages to reflect their experience and contribution.
