10 20 Hours Needed Weekly For An Extremely Bright Bilingual Boy

Our family is looking for a nanny to spend time with our son in his last year before kindergarten.
Our son is
3.5 (so still a year away from starting school, but has only been at home and with grandparents during this time)
both a french and english speaker (and very interested in other languages too)
a voracious reader
very interested in music
someone who has had little exposure to screens

An ideal candidate is
a french-speaker
high-energy (our son is! this is virtually a requirement)
keen on outdoor play
interested in early childhood development
familiar with the montessori approach (or other “respectful” approaches)
looking for 2-3 days per week of 3-6 hours during typical business hours.
