We have been in business since 1987. We run a small but extremely busy automotive repair facility where we have built trust with many loyal customers due to our honesty, integrity and consistent outstanding work.

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excel working in a fast paced environment, strong ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload with ease and accuracy all the while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
– Greet customers in person and on the phone and assist them with scheduling service appointments
– Listen to customer concerns and accurately document issues
– Provide recommendations on necessary repairs and services based on technicians findings
– Upsell additional services or products as needed
– Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
– Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology preferred, but not required
– Sales experience is a plus
– Mechanical knowledge to understand and explain vehicle issues (can be trained on the job)
– Strong ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities with ease

This position requires an individual to work Monday thru Thursday from 8am – 6pm and Friday’s from 8am – 5pm. Overtime pay is offered for the hours exceeding 40hrs/wk. We have a lot of fun, but we also all work very hard throughout our day.

The Service Advisor position requires an individual who is outgoing and handles competing priorities with ease and able to offer superior customer service to our valued customer base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
