Data Entry Specialist

Our client, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, team player, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

NO STUDENTS ! Temp to perm position.

Job Title: Data Entry Specialist
Location: Mount Hope, ON
Shift: 6:30 pm – 9:30 pm Monday to Friday  
Pay Range: $17 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Accurately capture shipment details.
• Precisely record shipment weights.
• Ensure all parcels have the necessary paperwork.
• Manage and respond to emails.
• Perform scanning tasks.
• Complete FMR entries.

What’s Needed?

• Pervious Data entry experince preferably in the Warehouse setting
• Proficient in using a PC.
• Data entry skills (minimum 50 wpm) with data entry testing required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
