Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced painters and lead painter The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

– Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming as necessary
– Match colors and mix paints to achieve desired finishes
– Apply paint using various techniques, including brushwork, sponging, and airbrushing
– Utilize brushes, rollers, or spray guns to apply paint efficiently and effectively
– Inspect and maintain painting equipment to ensure optimal performance
– Adhere to safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
– Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to junior painters

Job Details:

– Job Type: EVERY DAY IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE (CONTRACT FULL TIME)
– Compensation:
– Entry pay ($23/hour) for the first 7 days

Assessment period (30 days) to determine skill level and lead duties assignment if eligable
– Reflective payment adjustment after 30-day probation period

Schedule:
– 8 hour shift
– Day shift,
Monday to Friday
– Overtime on weekends as needed

– Requirements:
– Ability to commute or relocate to the Greater Toronto Area, ON
– 5 years of painting experience
– English language proficiency
– Valid Driving Licence
