Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in restaurant management, with a focus on fine or casual dining. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive customer satisfaction, manage staff effectively, and ensure the restaurant’s financial success.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure consistent product quality and cost control.
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and employee retention.
Collaborate with the executive chef to maintain menu quality and consistency.

Qualifications:
Proven 3 yrs experience as a General Manager or similar role in a fine or casual dining establishment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
