Our client, HVAC solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and professionalism which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Burlington, On
Pay: $25/hr
Shift time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday to Friday

What’s the Job?

  • Responds to customer telephone and/or written inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, quotations
  • Receive customer orders and complete all associated data entry for placing orders in ERP systems
  • Set-up sales orders for order entry daily
  • Able to process returns/credits, shortages, and adjustments
  • Work with other internal company departments such as production control and shipping/receiving to communicate requirements
  • Update and maintain customer computer database and manual recordkeeping systems for customer accounts.
  • Provide shipping with updates on preferred shipping methods for customers.

What do you bring to the job?
 

  • College diploma in business administration
  • SAP/Oracle experience required
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience and demonstrated success as a customer service representative or similar in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong computer skills including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes preferred
  • Must have high degree of integrity, discretion and judgment
  • Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Clear criminal background check
