Our client, an industry leader, is seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be part of the Service team supporting the Customers. The ideal candidate will have Red Seal Certification, high level apprentice and have a positive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.  

Job Title: Service Coordinator
Location: Truro, Nova Scotia
Pay Range: Based on Experience 

What’s the Job? 

  • Managing warranty claims
  • Working closely with the Parts and Service Departments
  • Customer Service skills a must
  • Manage schedules and prioritize tasks
  • Record keeping ability and high attention to detail

  • Strong customer service skills/experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry preferred
