Bilingual Associate Credit Officer
As a member of  Credit Adjudication team, you’ll work in a fast-paced operational environment where you’ll make a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.
What’s in it for you?

• Pay rate: $26.50/hr
• Shift : Monday-Friday (9am-8pm) Saturday (8am-4pm)
• 37.5 hours/week
• 6 Months contract with the possibility of extension
• Location: Toronto Downtown
• Training is in office and then  working remotely once training is completed

What will you be doing?

• As an Associate Underwriter, you’ll be accountable for reviewing and validating mandatory Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) administrative and adjudication documents in a timely and effective manner.
• The Associate Underwriter works independently to validate mortgage documents and ensure mandatory documents are complete and the adjudication systems are updated and accurate before a file is adjudicated by an Underwriter.

What do you bring?

• Bilingual ( French and English)
• Attention to detail is regulatory required when reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness of information
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of mortgages and related processes
