Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.

Job Description:
As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients’ IT infrastructure, including network and desktop management, server maintenance, and security monitoring. You will also be the primary point of contact for end-user support, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Management: Configure and manage network settings, including firewalls, Wi-Fi, and other networking equipment.
Desktop Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and support of desktop systems.
Managed Antivirus & Antimalware: Implement and monitor antivirus and antimalware solutions to protect client systems.
Managed XDR (Extended Detection and Response): Monitor and respond to advanced security threats.
Health Monitoring: Continuously monitor the health of IT systems to prevent issues before they arise.
Server Management: Manage and maintain client servers, including regular updates and performance optimization.
Users/Shares/Permissions Management: Handle the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts, as well as manage shared resources and permissions.
Backup Monitoring: Ensure all client data is backed up regularly and monitor backup processes for any issues.
Unlimited Help Desk: Provide end-user support for common issues such as password resets, printing problems, and general IT inquiries.
Microsoft Office Licenses and Management: Procure, manage, and maintain Microsoft Office licenses for clients, including user management across Office 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
M365 Environment Backup: Ensure the Microsoft 365 environment is backed up three times a day.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in network management, desktop support, and server maintenance.
Strong knowledge of antivirus, antimalware, and XDR solutions.
Familiarity with health monitoring tools and backup processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 management and license procurement.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
