About the Opportunity

WOLF is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Associate, Business Development based in Aurora, Ontario.

Reporting to the VP, Global Sales, and working closely with the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and client satisfaction by managing customer relationships and sales opportunities.

In this position, you will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales cycle, and ensuring the successful delivery of WOLF’s solutions to meet customer needs and objectives.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Demonstrating urgency in delivering WOLFs solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Establishing, developing, and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Creating quotes for customers and the Outside Sales Team
  • Identifying new business opportunities and assisting in maintaining a pipeline of opportunities from new leads to closed business
  • Managing and updating customer opportunities, sales forecasts, and reports in Salesforce
  • Escalating client requests and requirements as needed
  • Following up on customer leads through emails and cold calling
  • Collaborating with the technical team to ensure timely response to customer requirements

About You

To qualify, you will need a post-secondary qualification or diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Software Engineering, or a related field, ideally with 1-3 years of sales experience. We welcome new engineering graduates who possess strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and a determined drive to succeed. You must also be willing and able to travel internationally.

WOLF is a military and aerospace manufacturer requiring strict adherence to CGP and ITAR requirements. As a condition of employment applicants must be able to provide valid documentation to show Canadian citizenship and undergo a police check with no criminal background.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:

  • Technical sales experience in the technology industry, with expertise in product management and video graphics
  • Consultative selling skills for supporting complex technology sales
  • Proficiency in writing RFP proposals with strong presentation skills
  • Understanding of software requirements and product development to meet customer needs
  • Technical knowledge and programming skills for collaboration with engineering teams
  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
  • Knowledge of NVIDIA technology
