Butchers (deboning pork leg)

We are seeking a skilled Butcher/Meat Cutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meat cutting specific for deboning ham, food preparation, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Cut, trim, and package meat products according to company standards
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection
Ensure all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting area
Collaborate with the kitchen staff to fulfill orders efficiently

Experience:
Proven experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role in the food industry
Knowledge of meat cutting techniques and equipment
Strong understanding of food handling and safety regulations
Excellent customer service skills
Experience working in a butcher shop or similar environment is a plus
