Hiring Lead Hands & Foremen

We are currently looking for the right candidate for our Foreman and Lead Hand positions at First Class Fencing. We’re a residential and commercial fence company committed to high standards, integrity, and employee satisfaction.

We Offer:
– Fully tooled truck provided (Driver’s license is mandatory)
– Designated management to provide support and answer questions each day.
– Compensation: $23 /- per hr. for Lead Hands & $30 per hr. depending on experience for Foreman.
– Performance Bonus for Foremen.
– Hours: Monday to Friday, 7–12-hour days with an opportunity for weekends if requested (hours are structured to your lifestyle and financial goals but the minimum is 7-hour days)

Experience: None required (Experience is a great asset)

Your Role:
– Hands-on construction of residential & commercial wood, vinyl, chain link, ornamental & agricultural fences.
– Meet FCF and client standards for quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
– Act promptly to address repairs or loose ends, ensuring project completion to satisfaction.
– Discuss with clients to review site drawings and property reports for accuracy.
– Manage materials, including pick-up and communication with Operations.
– Foster positive customer relations on-site, ensuring a pleasant construction experience.
– Submit project changes to management and refer potential clients to our sales team.

Criteria & Ideals:
– Valid Drivers License (Mandatory)
– Resume (Mandatory)
– Potential to travel further than city limits/surrounding areas
– Experience is not required but great to have.
