Looking for an occasional nanny for 2 small children, comfortabl

My husband and I are looking for someone to occasionally care for our 2.5 year old, 6 month old and two Labrador retrievers who are 9 years old and 1 year old.
We work in town, but will need an occasional evening, and/or after school care, and/or help us to play and watch them while we work on property. While here, the expectation would be to help the kids learn through play, colouring, etc.
Ability to swim is a must as we have an in ground pool.
We have two Labrador Retrievers who will be in the home and therefore he/she must be comfortable interacting and commanding dogs. They may need the occasional potty break by letting them out in the backyard.
We are family oriented and try to be home for family meals.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is interested in helping when called upon with notice, must be 25 . We do not have much family support so we are looking for someone who would be willing to be part of the kids lives as they grow up.
