Our client, who is a industry leader in Insurance is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in MS Office, strong verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Kelowna

Pay Range: Depending on experience 

 

What’s the Job?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business with customers at reception, over the phone, and via general email.
  • Provide mail, fax, and courier support to the office, and manage general office tasks such as overseeing MFD, supplies, and troubleshooting.
  • Support onboarding and termination processes for staff and advisors, including handling keys, badges, setups, and troubleshooting.
  • Handle general business support tasks, including processing forms, inquiries, and credit processing (certificates, filing).
  • Manage day-to-day office expenses and provide general event support within the office.

What’s Needed?

  • Proficiency in the MS suite of products, including Teams; ability to process payments via EFT is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills.
  • A passion for working in a high-performance, fast-paced sales and service environment.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
