Responsibilities:
– Perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for clients
– Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
– Upsell salon products and services to clients
– Maintain cleanliness and sanitize work areas and tools
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
– Manage front desk duties when necessary
– Drive retail sales by recommending and selling hair care products
Skills:
– Proficient in hair styling techniques for various hair types
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
– Knowledge of retail sales and upselling techniques
– Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide recommendations
