Requirements:
Basic cooking knowledge
Positive mindset and communication
Good knife skills
Ability to stand for hours during the shift
Ability to carry Equipment and produce
Reliable to follow standards and procedures as determined by the chef
Duties:
Set up and stock station before service
Prep recipes and plate dishes according to chef’s standards
Maintain clean kitchen at all times and following the cleaning schedules or as determined by the chef and/or supervisor
Clean up station before leaving
Wage 17/HR
